Job Description

  • JOB TITLE: Senior Analyst, Documentary Credits - Client Operations - Trade Services
  • SALARY: £32,395
  • LOCATION(S): Colmore Row, Birmingham.
  • HOURS: Full Time 35 hours
  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week or 40% of your time at our Birmingham office. Initially there will be an accreditation period of approximately 12 weeks, whilst undertaking training. The expectation would be for 100% office attendance during this period, and following successful accreditation the 40% hybrid workstyle would apply.

As a Documentary Credits Senior Analyst for Trade Services, you’ll make a meaningful impact and grow whilst supporting and servicing Lloyds Trade customers delivering outstanding customer service that meets the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

Key accountabilities

  • Delivery of excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment - serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal colleagues, providing timely updates on transactions, and offering technical support to clients.
  • Review and process a variety of demanding processes and technical tasks with precision and good judgment, while ensuring adherence to all group-specific policies and procedures.
  • Perform detailed checks on complex technical transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding and application of Anti Money Laundering procedures relevant to trade services.

What you’ll need

  • Excellent customer service skills. Both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail
  • To demonstrate sound judgement.
  • Stakeholder management skills.

And any experience of these would be really useful

  • Anti money Laundering
  • Knowledge of TI+ and Pega
  • A working knowledge of trade products, specifically Documentary Credits, including knowledge of Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits v 600
