Business Function

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the successful technical delivery of YFJ and IWF workflows. This role requires a proven track record in managing projects involving both platforms, strong technical expertise, and excellent cross-team communication skills. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern technologies such as microservices, micro frontends, Spring Boot, and ReactJS. Budget management experience is also essential.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets for YFJ and IWF workflow projects.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure alignment with architectural and design standards.
• Manage project dependencies and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Monitor project progress against KPIs and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks and challenges.
• Leverage expertise in microservices, microfrontends, Spring Boot, and ReactJS to guide technical decision-making.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Manage project budget and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven strong experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery.
• Hands-on experience with YFJ and IWF platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong technical understanding of microservices, microfrontends, Spring Boot, and ReactJS.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project budgets and resources.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
