What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of Guardian – helping customers get the most out of their security systems and smart home technology.
- Handle inbound calls related to alarm monitoring, home automation, billing, and account inquiries.
- Deliver caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable experiences that retain delighted customers.
- Perform basic product support.
- Promote and upsell products and services to existing customers.
- Build excellent client relationships by placing proactive calls to help customers achieve the most benefit from our products and services.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to demonstrate patience and genuine compassion.
- A knack for solving problems and making people feel heard.
- Comfort with technology and multitasking across systems.
- Effective communication skills—clear, kind, and confident.
- A high school diploma.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Call center experience is a plus but not required – If you’ve got great customer service skills and experience, we want to hear your story!
