Management Development Program Associate

What you’ll do: VyStar’s Management Development Associate Program is a dynamic, two-year accelerated learning and development experience designed to rapidly expand your business acumen and leadership capabilities. Throughout this program, you will:

  • Build critical business relationships through a series of rotations across major business groups.

  • Accelerate your career growth within our winning organization.

Upon completion, associates will be aligned to roles that match their aspirations and strengths, and VyStar’s business needs. Rotations Include:

  • Member Services in VyStar Branches and Contact Centers

  • Lending

  • Risk & Compliance

  • Finance

  • Investments

  • Marketing

  • Business Strategy

  • Human Resources

  • Information Technology / Analytics & Project Management

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; candidates currently within 6 months of completion of their degree

  • All majors will be considered.

  • 3.0 GPA or higher is preferred.

Application Process:

Two recommendation letters speaking on goal achievement and focused on how goals have been achieved (one management, officer, and/or professor reference and one from a peer/teammate) are required.

Experience:

  • 1-9 years of experience is preferred.

  • Individual contributors, Supervisors and Assistant Managers will be considered.

  • Military experience and/or Veteran’s status valued.

  • Active in college life and community service

  • Strong learning agility, teamwork, analytical, and interpersonal skills

  • Must be willing to travel throughout VyStar’s network.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop others.

All employees and business units, as first line of defense, are expected to proactively help identify, assess, manage, and report risks within their domain of work. To enhance a healthy risk culture and support our growth for good pillar, employees will maintain vigilance in safeguarding our operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates. The Risk team serves as the second line of defense by providing risk oversight and credible challenge whereas the Audit team serves as the third line of defense by providing risk assurance.

Incumbent is expected to demonstrate each of the following VyStar Excellence behaviors in performing the duties and responsibilities of their job:
