Your Role in Grafton:

As part of our branch team, you'll be the first point of contact for members, assisting them with everyday banking needs such as deposits, payments, and withdrawals. You'll also introduce them to helpful products and services designed to support their financial goals.

What You'll Do Each Day:

• Greet members with warmth and professionalism
• Handle financial transactions accurately while keeping your cash drawer balanced
• Contribute toward both individual and branch service goals
• Follow compliance and safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively in person, by phone, and online
• Take part in ongoing training to expand your knowledge and skills

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfort with numbers and basic computer use
• Experience in customer service, sales, or cash handling is a plus but not required
