About you
We are looking for you to bring:
- NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification in housing management, business administration, finance, or a customer service-related field.
- Good understanding of the basic principles of UC, assessment periods, pay dates, their Journal and statements, so that we can explain it to tenants. Knowing when and how to apply for APA and MP as there are strict criteria.
- Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritise workload, demonstrating flexibility and ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative.
- Previous experience of working in a busy office environment, dealing with a high volume of sensitive customer enquiries.

Base: Hybrid working - working from office and home. Your base will be our main office in Chy Trevail, Bodmin, PL31 2FR. This role requires you to typically work from the office at least 1-2 day/s per week.
