The Opportunity
At HeliosX, we believe that how we reward and recognise our people is at the heart of creating a thriving workplace. As a Reward Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we approach compensation and benefits—ensuring our reward framework is fair, competitive, and meaningful. You’ll dive deep into the data, bring clarity to complex topics, and help us make decisions that support our people and our growth.
What you'll do
- Collecting, analysing, and interpreting salary, bonus and benefits data to guide pay decision and benchmarking
- Participating in external salary and benefits surveys, preparing market analysis reports to keep us competitive.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of salary ranges, pay banding, and grading frameworks.
- Assisting with the administration of bonus, incentive, and recognition programmes.
- Keeping employee reward and benefits data accurate in HRIS and related systems.
- Supporting the annual pay and bonus review process, from modelling and validation through to communication materials.
- Partnering with benefits providers to ensure smooth enrolment, renewals, and resolution of any issues.
- Producing clear dashboards and reporting on pay, benefits uptake, and reward costs.
- Contributing to statutory reporting (e.g. Gender Pay Gap, Equal Pay analysis).
- Providing data and insights to HRBPs and managers to support business decision-making.
- Ensuring reward practices align with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining consistency and fairness across pay and benefits administration.
- Supporting HR colleagues with reward data and analysis.
- Contributing to projects such as job evaluation, system upgrades, and new benefit roll-outs.
What you'll bring to HeliosX
- Experience in Reward, including data analysis
- Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modelling).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and reward survey platforms.
- A solid understanding of compensation and benefits principles.
- Excellent communication skills—you can make complex data feel simple, and tailor your approach to different audiences.
- A sharp eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Comfort with ambiguity (and data cleansing, when needed!)
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset—you can work independently and get things done.
- A collaborative approach—you’ll work closely with People, Ops, Reporting, Partnering, and Finance.
- Comfort working with sensitive/confidential data.
