We are seeking a passionate and innovative Language Arts Teacher to join our team. This role is designed for an educator who thrives in a dynamic teaching environment that integrates digital platforms with face-to-face instruction. The successful candidate will inspire students to develop strong literacy, communication, and critical thinking skills while fostering a love of reading and writing. Job Setting:  This position will serve students in our Virtual Academy Program in grades 6-12.  This position will have duties that will be accomplished from your home office, including some live virtual instruction, in addition to in-person enrichment activities at the Eagle Creek, OR campus two days per week. Staff are also expected to attend an in-person team meeting once per month (most often on Fridays).

General Description:  The Secondary Teacher in a hybrid learning environment is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students in both in-person and virtual settings. This role requires designing and implementing engaging lessons that align with curriculum standards, leveraging technology to enhance learning, and fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom community. The teacher will monitor student progress, provide feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners across both formats. Collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents is essential to ensure academic success and promote student well-being in this flexible, innovative learning environment.

• $50,887 - $107,094 (Prorated for actual days worked and dependent upon verified years of experience and education as shown on official transcripts)
