You will be responsible for ensuring the execution of the production plan while adhering to our high standards in quality, safety, ergonomics, environment, and performance. You will also lead and develop a motivated and autonomous team.Your responsibilities will include:Production Management: Oversee the daily execution of the production plan by optimizing human and technical resources.Team Leadership: Train, support, and develop team members to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency objectives.Continuous Improvement: Lead improvement groups (e.g., TPM) and engage teams in optimizing processes and tools.Performance Monitoring: Analyze performance indicators, implement action plans, and measure their effectiveness.Communication and Collaboration: Ensure smooth communication between teams and departments while promoting best practices and innovative ideas.We Are Looking ForYou are a results-driven leader with a passion for operational excellence.
