We are seeking an experienced Client Success & Sales lead who can strengthen client relationships and drive growth.

Job responsibilities:Sales & Business Development (AI / Tech)
- Conduct executive-level presentations and demos to medical affairs leaders across US and European pharma/biotech companies
- Manage complete sales cycles from initial interest through contract negotiation, navigating complex pharmaceutical procurement processes
Client Success & Relationship Management
- Partner with SVP, Client Services to develop integrated technology-and-service propositions and identify expansion opportunities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships within target pharma organizations including procurement and technology teams
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Gather market intelligence on client needs, competitive pressures, and workflow challenges
- Provide strategic insights to AI and Product teams for solution development and enhancement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Client Service, BD, and other teams for lead generation and seamless client experiences
- Support implementation planning and coordinate cross-functional strategic opportunities
Success Metrics
- Achievement of Sales targets, pipeline management and lead generation for AI / Technology solutions
- Quality inputs to AI and Product teams based on market intelligence
- Effective collaboration with Client Service and BD teams

Qualifications and prerequisites:- Experience: 5-8 years in sales/client success within pharmaceutical services or technology
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of pharmaceutical business models and medical affairs functions
- Relationships: Existing network within pharma medical affairs organizations preferred
- Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
- Track Record: Proven success in both technology and service sales environments
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including client service and delivery
