The Role
This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and execution of our brand strategy for the human healthcare brands (Bio-Kult and Lepicol) at international level.
The Bio-Kult brand is a pivotal stage of its lifecycle, already No.1 Adult Probiotic brand in the UK, new product positioning and evolved branding will allow significant acceleration in performance internationally, driven through a new marketing communication strategy.
This is a role for an ambitious and driven brand champion with a proven track record of success working across the marketing mix and driving innovation strategy for FMCG brands at international level. This role is pivotal in shaping brand identity, driving awareness, and supporting commercial growth across the EMEA region, US, Middle East and APAC. The role comes with significant accountability and autonomy to truly impact the brand performance and drive your career forward.
Your Responsibilities
· Lead the development and execution of the international brand strategy for Bio-Kult and Lepicol, ensuring strong positioning and consistent brand identity across global markets.
· Drive the evolution of brand positioning and communications to accelerate international growth and drive category leadership.
· Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across EMEA, US, Middle East, and APAC, tailoring initiatives to regional opportunities while safeguarding global brand consistency.
· Partner with distributors and commercial teams to identify growth opportunities, support successful market entry strategies, and strengthen brand performance.
· Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform strategy and ensure continued differentiation in a fast-evolving category.
· Manage brand performance reporting, analyzing KPIs, market share and ROI to deliver actionable insights and drive marketing effectiveness.

Essentials
· Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
· Minimum 5 years’ brand management or marketing experience within FMCG or healthcare brands, with at least 2 years at international or regional level.
· Proven track record of developing and executing brand strategies that deliver measurable growth.
· Strong experience across the full marketing mix, including communications, innovation launches, and digital campaigns.
· Experience in managing international markets, with cultural awareness and the ability to adapt strategies locally.
· Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, reporting on KPIs, and delivering ROI-driven campaigns.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally.
· Collaborative team player who can build strong relationships with regional teams, distributors, and partners.
· Highly motivated and resilient, with strong attention to detail and a passion for driving results.
Desirable
· Experience in healthcare, supplements, or wellness categories.
· Familiarity with regulatory requirements in international healthcare or FMCG markets.
· Additional language skills to support global communication.
