- Tear off existing roofing materials safely and efficiently.
- Install underlayment, shingles, flashing, and other roofing components.
- Assist with roof repairs as directed.
- Follow all installation procedures per manufacturer and code.
- Set up ladders, fall protection, and staging areas each day.
- Load/unload materials and move them around the site as needed.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Ensure tools are handled safely and returned to storage daily.
- Follow directions from the Foreman and work cooperatively with crew members.
- Communicate job site needs or issues to the Foreman promptly.
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude in the field.
- Use PPE and fall protection at all times.
- Follow safety rules and report any hazards or incidents.
- Perform work to meet or exceed company quality standards.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license preferred but not required
- 1+ years of experience in roofing or construction preferred.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail required
- Field-based role with daily physical activity labor and ladder work
- Must be comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Fast-paced, team-oriented job sites requiring flexibility and focus
- Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
