Part Time Academic Tutor bei Ellington Public Schools

Description: Center School in Ellington is seeking qualified applicants for a part-time academic tutor position for the 2025-2026 school year.

Job Summary and Qualifications: The successful candidate will work as a Math/Literacy Academic Support Tutor, assigned based upon student need. Must have good organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and work to timely schedules. Confidentiality is critical.  Must possess excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be required to submit to a state and national criminal history check, as well as a DCF review as required by Connecticut state statute. Previous work in a school atmosphere is a plus.

Working Conditions: This position is Monday - Friday, and candidate will work each day that school is in session. This is an at-will position, rate of pay is $21.79/hr.
