Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit analysis or risk management, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and identify potential risks.
  • Excellent knowledge of real estate market dynamics and investment trends.
  • Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software.
