• putting containers onto an assembly belt
• sifting through ingredients before placing product into containers
• weighing containers and reading scales simultaneously
• labeling and palletizing finished product
• checking quality of product on the assembly belt and bagger
• maintaining clean equipment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• rotating in all positions and on all lines and
• other duties as assigned.

To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in December. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks pay.
