Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 annually + bonus
Location: Preferably Denver, CO. Candidates near a major airport and within ~2-hour flight to Denver will also be considered.
Travel: Up to 50%

What You’ll Do
- Support project engineering activities on commissioning projects.
- Participate in schematic, design development, and construction document reviews.
- Develop project-specific commissioning plans, specifications, and test forms.
- Conduct site visits, observe systems, and document performance.
- Witness and document startup of MEP and life safety systems.
- Identify and help resolve field and performance issues.
- Compile reports, meeting minutes, test results, and final system documentation.
- Assist with contractor and client training on building systems.
- Conduct facility condition and energy assessments.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in HVAC, electrical, or building systems.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and MEP/architectural documents.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in teams; strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred (PE a plus).
- 5+ years of building systems engineering, commissioning, or related experience.
