Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Specialist - Federal at Washington, DC. This is a great full-time opportunity, 36 - 40 hours work week schedule, Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Experience applying OPM position classification standards and policies. 
• Strong knowledge of federal HR laws, regulations, and classification principles. 
• Ability to interpret and analyze complex position descriptions and organizational structures. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain classification decisions to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
