What You'll Do

Design and Execute  Strategic Marketing Plans: Develop integrated, multi-channel marketing plans for key solutions and partnerships, aligned with firmwide growth goals.

Partner for Impact: Collaborate with alliance partners and internal leaders to launch go-to-market initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Deliver Targeted Campaigns: Collaborate with practice leaders and stakeholders to design and execute high-impact campaigns and compelling content, including the supporting content, assets, and event programs.

Create Compelling Content: Develop engaging and brand-aligned collateral, case studies, thought leadership, videos, and and other marketing channel content that showcase our expertise and value.

Leverage AI Tools: Leverage AI tools to streamline execution, optimize performance, and measure ROI across campaigns.

Build Relationships: Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders, serving as a go-to marketing advisor who aligns initiatives with business needs.

Support Growth Across the Firm: Contribute to other solutions and partner marketing programs as needed, demonstrating versatility and collaboration.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

6+ years of multi-channel B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services or the technology/finance ecosystem.

Proven success in partner marketing with technology solution providers or VARs.

Strong knowledge of how to maximize owned and partner marketing channels.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives with precision and creativity.

Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Agility and curiosity to thrive as a full-stack marketer in an evolving landscape.

Ability to work from our Tysons/McLean, VA office at least two days per week.
