We’re seeking a Primary Care Administrative Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Primary Care practice. This role is a key player in ensuring our patients receive timely, coordinated, and compassionate care—while also supporting a collaborative and high-performing team of nurses, administrative staff, and social workers.


What You’ll Do

  • Drive Operations: Manage day-to-day clinical workflows, staff scheduling, supply/vendor coordination, and compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations.

  • Lead Teams: Onboard, train, and supervise LPNs, social workers, and administrative staff. Provide leadership support during high-volume or urgent situations.

  • Coordinate Care: Ensure smooth transitions between Primary Care, Palliative, GUIDE, and Hospice services. Supervise quality planning and documentation accuracy.

  • Support Clinical Growth: Facilitate interdisciplinary case conferences, manage caseload assignments, and help expand innovative care programs.

  • Optimize Technology & Vendors: Work with external vendors, maintain digital organization across teams, and support EMR optimization and billing workflows.

  • Manage Finances & Development: Assist with budgeting, billing codes, revenue cycle, and support marketing and community outreach projects.

  • Promote Team Culture: Foster a professional, collaborative, and mission-driven work environment through communication, accountability, and initiative.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred)

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare management or practice administration

  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills

  • Experience with medical software systems such as Athena, Allscripts, KanTime, SmartMD, Tapcloud (preferred)

  • Ability to travel between locations, lift up to 10 lbs, and communicate effectively in English (oral and written)

The Pay Range listed is the anticipated hiring range of this position.  Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following:  education, training, relevant experience and work location.  There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post.  Care Dimensions also offers a comprehensive benefits package – including employer-sponsored health insurance, paid time-off, tuition reimbursement, student loan paydown, supplemental insurance options and more – which adds to the company’s generous total rewards package.    

Pay Range
$45$52 USD
