Summary/Objective

 Provide our customers with an efficient and professional cleaning service as per their specifications.

Essential Functions

1. Clean floors and surfaces  
2. Dust, mop and sweep offices break areas, ticket counter, common areas, or other type of rooms depending on the account assigned. 
3. Empty trash bins 
4. Inform supervisor or Area Manager if any supplies are needed. 
5. Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning equipment and supplies 
6. Organize janitorial storage closet as needed. 
7. Secure all interior offices if applicable. 
8. Shut off all lights if required 
9. Other duties as needed based on scope of work.
10. Comply with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and carrier security requirements

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in the terminal and offices. Additionally the employee must be able to drive thru the ramp for the garbage disposal. 

Physical Demands 

This position is active and requires to stand or walk constantly on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet). Occasionally bend/twist at waist/knees/neck, pulling, pushing and lift to perform various duties. 

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a fulltime and part-time position and schedule may vary depending on the operational needs.

Travel - No travel is expected for this position.

Required Education and Experience

1. High School degree

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

1. Must exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
2. As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
3. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Bi-Lingual is a plus.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
