📍 Phoenix Location – 13832 N. 32nd Street, Phoenix, AZ 85032

• Friday, Oct. 3 | 10 AM – 1 PM

• Saturday, Oct. 4 | 12 PM – 3 PM

Meet the team, learn about Hubbard, and interview on site.
We’re hiring for all 4 Valley locations: Phoenix, Peoria, Mesa, and Goodyear.

No competitive swimming experience required – we provide full training! If you love kids, love teaching, and have patience and a desire to learn, you can succeed with us.

Swim Instructor Role

• Teach swim lessons following HFSS standards and curriculum

• Ensure safety, provide positive experiences, and foster swimmer success

• Build strong relationships with kids, parents, and teammates

• Model and live by HFSS Core Values: Everyone is Family, Do Small Things With Great Love, Whatever It Takes, Embrace Learning

• Maintain equipment and support a clean, safe, welcoming swim environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years high school education

• Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends required)

• Comfortable in the water; able to teach up to 5 hours per day

• Prior youth-related experience (preferred)

• Passion for working with children and youth development
