QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM:

A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills and abilities outlined above is by two (2) years of experience working in an administrative capacity.

LICENSES; CERTIFICATES; SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

·        California driver’s license & current vehicle insurance/registration if driving; and,

·        Reliable means of transportation capable of passing vehicle safety inspection if more than five years old excluding all modes of two-wheeled transport inclusive of bicycles, mopeds and motorcycles.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

Knowledge Of

  • Accounting, timekeeping, or DPO software.

 

Ability To

  • Maintain well organized administrative records.
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Use a computer proficiently.
  • Operate a 10-key adding machine.
  • Meet and work with a wide variety of people.
  • Work effectively under pressure and with distractions.
  • Organize time, workload, and materials.

Physical Demands
