RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Marketing Manager Assistant, you are responsible for brand support, analysis, coordination.
You will assist the Travel Retail Europe Marketing Team in executing brand plans, ensuring flawless activations, and supporting sales and merchandising teams. This role combines creativity, analytical skills, and project management in a fast-paced, international environment.
Your main focus :
- Manage brand assets: Organize campaign toolkits, maintain DAM database, and ensure accurate brand folders
- Support activations: Coordinate in-store events, liaise with agencies, and guarantee perfect local execution
- Prepare presentations: Create impactful decks, order samples, and manage marketing materials for key meetings
- Assist sales team: Maintain launch calendars, provide guidelines, and support merchandising initiatives
- Analyze performance: Track launches, prepare monthly reviews, and conduct competitor and market analysis

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to combine creativity with data-driven insights and manage multiple projects simultaneously. As an aspiring Marketing Manager Assistant, you adapt quickly, communicate effectively, and enjoy working in a multicultural team. Other than that, you:
- Have strong analytical skills, work with KPIs, and demonstrate a solid business mindset
- Bring market knowledge, consumer understanding, and passion for beauty, makeup, and fragrance trends
- Excel in Excel (pivot tables), data analysis, and performance tracking
- Can manage a complex portfolio and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Communicate effectively and coordinate multiple stakeholders with agility and team spirit.
