Role Purpose
The Operational Data Analyst ensures the accuracy and integrity of operational data by processing requests, resolving issues, and supporting data workflows. This role contributes to efficient service delivery across the data function while continuously developing technical skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Process data requests and ensure accuracy across operational systems (e.g., NetSuite).
- Log, track, and resolve tickets in workflow or case management systems.
- Investigate data issues, escalate when necessary, and document resolutions clearly.
- Support updates and corrections to master data and workflows.
- Apply service desk protocols to deliver consistent and timely support.
- Collaborate with other teams to support end-to-end data processes.
- Maintain internal documentation for data processes, issue handling, and escalations

Experience & Knowledge
- Experience working with operational or transactional data.
- Hands-on experience logging and resolving tickets in a workflow/case management system (e.g., NetSuite).
- Familiarity with Excel and basic SQL for data lookup and validation.
- Understanding of data entry, data quality principles, and issue tracking.
- Experience supporting master data updates and workflow changes.
- Ability to produce clear documentation of processes and issue resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency with operational systems and workflow logic (e.g., NetSuite).
- Strong skills in Excel; basic SQL knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
