Ability to create plans & curriculum for after school programs

•Assist in the planning and direction of summer enrichment programs

•Prepares proposals and develops youth programs to service the needs of the youth

•Supervises and assigns work to personnel, and evaluates their work performance

•Recruits, trains, and orients employees as to goals objectives, programs, activities, policies, and procedures of the centers

•Minimum 1-year experience working with children

•Other duties and tasks as needed

•Bachelor’s Degree in Education preferred
