We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Advance Facilitator who’s ready to enhance the patient experience and support providers throughout the clinic visit. In this role, you’ll room patients, record vital information, prepare exam rooms, assist with documentation, and help maintain a smooth, professional workflow—ensuring every patient receives timely, safe, and high-quality care.

GENERAL SUMMARY

 

🌟 Essential Functions

  • Escort patients from the waiting area to the exam room, verifying name, DOB, and body part being examined.
  • Record chief complaint, symptoms, and relevant history in EMR.
  • Interview patients to collect and document medical, surgical, and social history, medications, and allergies.
  • Obtain patient vitals, including height and weight.
  • Pull up patient charts and diagnostic studies on exam room computers.
  • Ensure proper room setup, customized to each provider’s preference.
  • Clean and restock exam rooms after each clinic session, including disinfecting and ensuring supplies are stocked.
  • Draw up injections as needed.
  • Enter and manage orders in EMR and PACS systems.
  • Perform additional clerical/clinical duties as assigned.

✅ What We’re Looking For


  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge preferred.
  • Previous work experience in a clinic environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of EHR and PACS systems.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and provide a professional and friendly patient experience.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality.
