Your tasks will be

• Dispatching according to specifications and route planning
• Resource planning for drivers
• Route optimization and route processing
• General commercial processing
• Coordination of contractors and their invoicing
• Coordination of the vehicle fleet
• Reading out driver and vehicle cards

Your ideal qualification:

• Completed commercial training in the field of forwarding and logistics services, wholesale and
  foreign trade or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in dispatching, preferably in the field of local transport and
  special transport logistics

• You are willing to work in a two-shift system

• Confident handling of MS Office applications

• You are a team player, have strong communication skills and can keep track of things even in hectic situations

• You have a "can-do" attitude and convince with your proactivity and the will to find solutions independently
