From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.

About the Role

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to own and evolve our Quote-to-Cash systems. In this role, you’ll define the roadmap, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver scalable solutions that improve how we configure, price, quote, contract, provision, bill and recognize revenue. You’ll partner with Sales, Finance, RevOps, Product, and Engineering to ensure our QTC processes are efficient, reliable, and able to support a high-growth SaaS business.

Systems Engineering is a new and growing organization within Fivetran, charged with designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining the internal systems that power our operations. Our products are systems that support other Fivetranners, and our journey is just beginning!

In this role, you’ll also play a critical role in defining systems architecture requirements, ensuring that technical designs align with business processes and scalability needs.

This position is ideal for a natural problem solver with a solution-oriented mindset, who excels at considering the interplay of people, processes, and technology to deliver impactful results.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA or Denver, CO offices. Our hybrid model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

What You’ll Do

Roadmap Development:

  • Define and own the QTC systems roadmap

  • Translate business challenges into clear product requirements and prioritize initiatives that balance near-term impact with long-term scalability.

Systems Architecture and Integration:

  • Partner with engineering and systems teams to design scalable solutions spanning quoting, pricing, approvals, contracts, and billing.

  • Ensure robust integrations across Salesforce CPQ, IronClad CLM, and NetSuite ERP, as well as adjacent tools.

Execution and Delivery:

  • Lead cross-functional delivery of QTC initiatives, managing requirements, timelines, and dependencies.

  • Ensure solutions meet quality standards, scale effectively, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency and accuracy.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner closely with stakeholders across GTM, Finance, Product, and Engineering to align on requirements, trade-offs, and priorities.

  • Provide transparency through clear communication, progress reporting, and feedback loops.

Process Improvement and Innovation:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate QTC workflows, reducing manual effort and cycle times.

  • Stay current on best practices and emerging technologies in QTC to inform future improvements.

Metrics and Analysis:

  • Define and track KPIs for QTC systems (e.g., quote cycle times, accuracy, error rates, adoption).

  • Use data insights to guide prioritization and measure the impact of enhancements.

Skills We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, with significant exposure to Quote-to-Cash systems.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, including product modeling, pricing logic, discounting, bundling, approvals, and templating.

  • Familiarity with IronClad CLM for contract lifecycle management and NetSuite ERP for downstream financials.

  • Proven track record leading cross-functional QTC initiatives in SaaS or high-growth enterprise environments.

  • Strong technical foundation — familiarity with APIs, data flows, and system integrations.

  • Exceptional ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and product roadmaps.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Bonus Skills

  • Salesforce certifications (CPQ Specialist, Administrator, Architect).

  • Experience with Netsuite and Stripe.

  • Experience working in public company environments with strong governance and process controls.

  • Background in automating and scaling workflows across multiple interconnected systems.

  • Background in software engineering (to better serve our Product integrations).
