TOUR DESK ATTENDANT – Hamilton Island
An opportunity now exists for a Tour Desk Attendant to join our team of enthusiastic fun-loving attendants sharing their love and knowledge of the island and it's surrounds with our guests.

Your Role
Your day will include working with a variety of tour providers to ensure accurate and up to date information is shared with the team, updating guests of any changes and making the experience as smooth and seem less as possible.
You will spend time chatting with our guests about the range of tours and activities available and assisting them in choosing the right tours to suit their individual needs then booking and managing the bookings from there on.

- Ensuring all bookings are accurate and payments are processed accordingly
- Ensuring our guests experience is a positive and engaging experience
What we’re looking for
You will love people! Love talking to people and know how to ask the right questions to find out what they really want and then deliver it. You have a love of the outdoors and are enthusiastic about sharing your knowledge and advice.
You are a born communicator, know how to stay calm when under pressure and can handle any challenge that comes your way. Super organised and have a strong attention to detail. You have exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Perhaps you are a Travel Agent, Tour Manager or Hotel Concierge looking to diversify and send your career on a new path?
To be successful, you will need
- Be well presented
- Sales and retail customer service experience
- Drivers Licence
