The Role:

The TMHNA Marketing Integration Program Manager at Toyota Material Handling North America (TMHNA) is responsible for evaluating, developing and coordinating strategies, plans, and initiatives that enhance sales enablement, branding, and cross-brand collaboration between Toyota Material Handling (TMH) and Raymond. This role supports marketing efforts across both brands, ensuring seamless integration of sales tools, marketing platforms, sales enablement, branding, and innovative technologies to drive dealer success and ensure strategic alignment and execution. 

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develops and coordinates marketing integration projects and sales enablement strategies and initiatives to support TMH, Raymond, and 2B1C dealers.  
  • Evaluates TMH and Raymond's marketing team structure, talent, and resource needs to optimize efficiency and performance.
  • Leads the evaluation and ongoing evolution of marketing use cases for AI tools and feature technologies to enhance marketing and sales processes.
  • Manages TMHNA Marketing Hoshin, sets team objectives, aligns priorities with overall business and marketing goals, and ensures successful execution of initiatives. 
  • Leads branding development projects. 
  • Manages budget spend, reporting to leadership on departmental KPIs.
  • Fosters collaboration across TMH and Raymond Marketing teams to drive consistency and effectiveness in sales enablement and branding efforts.
  • Leads cross-company marketing coordination with affiliated companies (e.g., Bastian, Vanderlande, and global Toyota companies) to ensure consistency and alignment. 
  • Assists in evaluating Marketing platform and vendors to best support TMH and Raymond marketing teams.
  • Identifies and assists in implantation of emerging digital tools, automation, integrations, and AI-driven solutions to improve sales and marketing operations. 
  • Assesses talent needs and integration opportunities, recommending staffing and role structures to enhance marketing effectiveness across both brands. 
  • Works closely with internal stakeholders to pilot and launch new technologies, ensuring seamless adoption and measurable impact. 
  • Works directly with IT and Compliance to ensure adherence to security standards and corporate policies. 
  • Oversees and implements 2B1C/2B1P branding strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning for products and solutions sold through shared dealer networks. 

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience supporting product launch, sales enablement and branding in a B2B environment.  
  • Experience with technology integration and implementing new sales enablement tools. 
  • Strong understanding of dealer networks, material handling industry, and branding strategies. 
  • Program Management experience launching and supporting quoting and ordering platforms. 
  • Strong project management experience, using both SAFe Agile and waterfall with a history of successfully completing strategic projects in a timely manner. 
  • Proven experience in managing complex vendor relationships
  • Strong communication and leadership skills. 
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and work across multiple brands or business units. 
  • Experience with SAP CPQ or Similar quoting tools is a plus. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

 

Salary - $83,000 - $106,000 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.

Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
