Responsibilities:

• Review parts list against production order for correct parts
• Gathers parts needed for order, ensures all parts and part quantities are correct
• Ensures any and all changes are documented and paperwork is adjusted accordingly
• Boxes and ships parts as needed; able to research best shipping options for the order
• Pull parts and gets them ready, assembled and checked off for pick up
• Work with contractors on scheduling for parts pickup
• Documents all overages, shortages and damages; informs Assistant Service Manager of any discrepancies on purchase orders
• Write damage report of items returned from contractor
• Follows instructions and effectively communicates with Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager
• Ensures all necessary paperwork and documentation has been received, checked and signed
• Use forklift to pull and move product when needed
• Ensures housekeeping in all areas that were visited is completed daily
• Follows all company Safety procedures
• Uses computer to record inventory

Qualifications:

• Background in pulling parts is desired
• Must have Forklift Certification or be able to pass certification
• Computer skills and literacy preferred
• Possesses strong work ethic and be able to complete orders in a fast paced environment; must be able to meet deadlines
• Good decision making and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to take responsibility for own actions and for those on his team
• Must have and maintain excellent attendance record and be safety conscious
• Must be able to prioritize and work independently
• Must maintain good housekeeping
• Will constantly be required to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Must be able to walk at least 90% of the workday
• Must be able to tolerate and function in weather related heat and cold 90% of the workday
