About the Partnership

Greenville County Schools (GCS) serves approximately 78,000 students across more than 100 schools and facilities in the Upstate of South Carolina. In alignment with Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing's commitment to supporting students with special needs, we are seeking to partner with multiple highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide behavioral support services to students in the Greenville County School District.


Scope of Services

As a contracted BCBA working through Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing, you will:

  • Behavioral Support in School Settings

    • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) across general and special education environments.

    • Design, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) aligned with District policies.

    • Collaborate with educators to integrate behavior supports within classroom routines and MTSS frameworks.

  • IEP & Section 504 Participation

    • Participate in IEP and 504 meetings-including complex cases-providing expert behavioral recommendations.

    • Ensure goals, supports, and data practices comply with IDEA and Section 504.

  • Collaboration & Family Partnership

    • Work alongside District leaders, principals, teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers.

    • Partner with families to promote consistency across home and school.

    • Provide ongoing feedback to address systemic and individual challenges.

  • Staff Training & Coaching

    • Design and deliver targeted PD on behavior strategies, data collection, and fidelity of interventions.

    • Provide in-class coaching/modeling to support the practical application of evidence-based practices.

    • Build team capacity to manage a range of behavioral needs independently.

  • Regulatory & Ethical Compliance

    • Adhere to federal, state, and District policies, including IDEA, Section 504, and professional ethics.

    • Maintain timely, accurate documentation per District and regulatory standards.

  • Crisis & De-escalation Support

    • Provide direct crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed.

    • Help teams develop proactive strategies that promote a positive school climate.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Certification/Licensure

    • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.

  • Experience in Public School Settings

    • Demonstrated success in providing BCBA services within public school districts.

    • Proven collaboration with educators, administrators, families, and related service providers.

    • Documented experience conducting FBAs and writing BIPs that align with district operations.

  • Knowledge & Skills

    • Comprehensive understanding of IDEA, Section 504, and public education/student rights.

    • Expertise supporting diverse learners in inclusive and specialized settings.

    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder relationship skills.


Position Details

  • Engagement: As-needed, coordinated by District staff.

  • Location: Across Greenville County Schools.

  • Rate: $50 to $75/hour
