Assistant Front Office Manager (PM Shift)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our hotel team as an Assistant Front Office Manager. In this role, you will support the Front Office Manager with daily operations, administrative responsibilities, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience during PM shifts and overnight/night audit shifts when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Front Office Manager with scheduling, training, and staff development
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism
- Maintain smooth communication between departments to ensure excellent service
- Oversee daily reports and assist with administrative tasks
- Previous front desk or hospitality supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to lead a team with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.
- Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
- Hearing, writing, typing.
- Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.
- Other duties may be assigned.
