Description
A detail-oriented and organized individual to manage our public funding processes with a focus on Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) compliance. This role will be responsible for coordinating provider documentation, ensuring accurate voucher setup in our systems, and maintaining clear communication with caregivers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in public funding administration, strong communication skills, and a commitment to regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- CCDF Compliance Management:
- Ensure all activities align with CCDF regulations and funding requirements.
- Monitor changes in CCDF policies and update internal procedures and AYS team members accordingly.
- Attend trainings, webinars, office hours, etc. pertaining to public funding updates and support systems.
- Provider Documentation:
- Collect, review, and submit provider forms and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely renewals and updates.
- Voucher Administration:
- Set up and manage child care vouchers in the internal system.
- Verify eligibility and funding amounts in coordination with relevant agencies.
- Caregiver Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers regarding funding and voucher-related inquiries.
- Provide clear guidance and support throughout the application and renewal process.
- Sensitive Information Handling:
- Manage and safeguard confidential data, including personal and financial information of families and providers.
- Adhere strictly to data privacy policies and protocols to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Exercise discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive communications and records.
- System & Data Management:
- Maintain accurate data entry and tracking of funding-related activities.
- Generate reports and assist with audits as needed.
- Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with finance, compliance, and programming teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support Customer Service Manager with CCDF inquiries and other supports
- Assist in training staff on CCDF-related procedures and updates.
- Support additional public funding streams workflow as needed

Compliance and Training
- Completes all annually required and assigned training, as necessary.??
- Follow all AYS policies and procedures as directed in the Employee Handbook and the Program Manual?
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Degree in Human Services, Government, Finance, Education, Early Learning, Business or related field is required. *Can sub bachelor’s degree for years or experience as well
- A minimum of three years of finance and or CCDF oversight experience preferred.
- Experience in youth development required.
