Riverbank Unified School District is seeking a dynamic and experienced Expanded Learning Program Manager to lead our before- and after-school programs and ensure high-quality enrichment opportunities for students TK–12. This role includes developing and implementing extended learning sessions throughout the year, supervising staff, building community partnerships, and supporting academic, recreational, and social-emotional growth for all students. The Program Manager will collaborate with district and site leadership to provide safe, engaging, and inclusive programs that meet the needs of our students and families.

Required Documents

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required and Two (2) years of comparable experience managing an After-School program or similar program(s). Experience in record management, supervisor capacity; computer literacy, and some knowledge of school/social service programs desirable. Experience in educational setting, including successful teaching experience; public/private School setting desirable. Experience with multiple funding strands to maximize resources and program services. Proven ability to leverage funding to increase budgets and expand services. Experience with leading an existing collaborative and developing integrated programs with this collaborative. Previous experience in a related position (instructional coach, curriculum specialist, director, administrator, program management, etc.). Desired Qualifications Master’s degree preferred in a related field (Education, Administration) CA Teaching Credential Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently preferred Experience working with economically underserved students
