Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.

Position Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced First Tech Challenge Coach to lead and develop our STMA Community Education First Tech Challenege program.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching High School students to design build and code robots to compete against other local area teams. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a passion for mentoring students are essential. Previous coaching experience and a deep understanding of robotics is required.

Grades:9-12

Start date: Immediate Start 

Contract: Seasonal: 09/10/2025 through 12/11/2025

Schedule: Wednesday and Thursday Practices 5:30-8:00 p.m. plus Special Events

Salary: $2500.00 Stipend per season.

Benefits: No benefit eligibility, other than Earned Safe and Sick Time (ESST) as provided by law.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience in instructing/coaching Robotics programming.
