Master Mechanic (2646) bei Shelby County Schools (AL)

JOB TITLE:                    MASTER MECHANIC - 12 month position

QUALIFICATIONS:    

    1. High school graduate or equivalent.

2. Five years or more experience in automobile, truck, and bus maintenance and repairs with 3 years experience in a school bus shop.
3. Demonstrated ability in mechanical repairs.
4. Must hold a valid Alabama driver's license.
5. Must hold a valid commercial driver's license and school bus license.
6. Must hold state certification in bus maintenance.
7. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.

REPORTS TO:               Transportation Coordinator

                                          Transportation Shop Foreman

JOB GOAL:                    To assist in providing safe, economical, and efficient transportation for Shelby County public school children.
