Job Goal: To assist with several administrative support functions across departments that ensures accurate and timely employee data entry, maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations through diligent I-9 oversight, employee status change processing, and provide a seamless onboarding experience that supports new hires’ successful integration into the district’s workforce. |
Job Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent.
- Associate’s degree, or specialized training or certification in Human Resources, Human Services or related area preferred
- Three (3) or more years of related and commendable work experience.
- Thorough knowledge of general office management, effective business procedures, and effective staffing practices.
- Outstanding customer service, ability to multi-task and prioritize work for maximum outcomes
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and interact professionally with others.
- Proficiency in the use of MS. Office Applications, departmental systems, and other applicable technologies.
- Work well independently and as an integral member of a school district team.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, use good judgment, problem solve, follow through on tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- Commitment to professional growth and continued improvement in the role.

Essential Functions:- Responsible for HR PHRST data entry and oversight, inclusive of updating applicable employee records, status changes, etc.
- Responsible for management of I-9s and E-Verify paperwork and data entry.
- Assist with the processing verifications of employment and experience, as well as Public Service Loan Forgiveness forms.
- Assist with the processing of Pension Creditable Service requests.
- Perform data entry, reporting, and bookkeeping functions as needed, including First State Financials (FSF) processing.
- Assist and support with summer staffing.
- Support and assist with all aspects of file management for the Department.
- Responsible for the ordering, oversight, and yearly archiving of the Department of Human Resources.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
