Summary
The Senior Creative Producer (“SCP”) is a strategic leader responsible for driving the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex, high-visibility creative programs that span multiple projects, and stakeholders. This role provides both program oversight, day-to-day project management and operational leadership. The Senior Creative Producer ensures creative excellence, cross-functional alignment, and helps to develop scalable processes. By partnering closely with creative leadership, account leads, and production teams the SCP will help to define program objectives, optimize resourcing, and ensure successful outcomes that elevate the brand and business.
This position will support our Creative Production team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of one of the following locations:
- Philadelphia, PA
- Dallas, TX
- Detroit, MI
- Fort Wayne, IN
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Project Management
- Oversees creative team operations during pre-production, including scoping, scheduling, resourcing, and communications.
- Develops project scopes, milestones, and timelines for moderate to high-complexity projects using best practices and historical data.
- Coordinates with resource management to assign team members based on roles, responsibilities, and skill sets.
- Reviews final designs and ensures alignment with design intent, creative quality, and project schedules through complete handoff to engineering.
- Provides ongoing project status updates, including hours incurred, to account leadership to flag progress or risks.
- Manages multiple active projects concurrently, maintaining clarity and quality across deliverables.
- Acts as the primary client contact for process, timeline, and status updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitates and documents project debriefs, identifying opportunities to improve communication and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrates significant fluency with relevant software tools for tracking, design review, and communication.
- Builds strong cross-functional relationships with teams including production, fabrication, AV, and account direction.
Program Management
- Leads large-scale creative programs end-to-end, managing multiple interconnected projects and workstreams within an overarching strategy.
- Partners with executive and creative leadership to translate business goals into program objectives, success metrics, and measurable outcomes.
- Oversees program scope, schedule, and resourcing, proactively identifying risks and developing solutions to keep initiatives on track.
- Provides strategic program updates and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
- Establishes and drives governance structures, workflows, and reporting frameworks to enable efficiency and accountability.
- Builds strong partnerships across creative, production, account, marketing, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Champions continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve collaboration, and scale best practices.
- Ensures creative quality and program delivery standards are upheld across the program.
- Acts as a trusted advisor to leadership and a key liaison between creative teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in program/project management, marketing, design, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in program or project management, with significant experience in creative, marketing, or experiential environments.
- Proven track record of leading high-profile, multi-disciplinary creative programs from concept through delivery.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect creative execution to business objectives.
- Deep knowledge of creative processes (design, content, experiential, or production) and their interdependencies.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Google Drive, Slack and/or Microsoft 365.
