We are seeking a skilled Carpenter with experience in fence building to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience constructing fences, gates, pergolas and related outdoor structures. This role requires a strong understanding of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. 

Requirements

 · Construct, wooden fences, gates, pergolas and other custom outdoor structures

· Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements

· Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials with precision and attention to detail

· Utilize both hand and power tools safely and effectively

· Operate standard shop machinery, tools and equipment

· Maintain proper stacking, staging, and labeling of materials throughout the production process

· Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and ensure quality workmanship

· Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment

· Ensure all work complies with company standards for craftmanship, quality and safety

Skills and Qualifications

· Minimum of 4 years of carpentry experience, including at least 1 year of finish or trim carpentry

· Proven experience in fence construction and related outdoor structures

· Strong knowledge of wood types, joinery, and carpentry methods

· Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery

· Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying conditions

· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

· Consistent adherence to company policies and safety procedures

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

· A strong commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction
