MAG Aerospace is seeking a Program Lead – Cross Domain Solution will serve as the technical and programmatic lead for the development and integration of CDS capabilities supporting Product Lead Strategic Spectrum Warfare (PL SSW). This individual will manage all aspects of CDS implementation across multiple security enclaves (e.g., NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, Coalition). Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Program Management:
- Lead CDS planning and execution efforts in support of system architectures and operational requirements.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all cross-domain efforts within PLSSW, coordinating across PM EW&C and external partners.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Manage relationships with key CDS stakeholders including NSA, DISA CDS Office, Army Cyber Command, Army Cryptologic Office, NETCOM, DEVCOM, and mission partner nations.
- Coordinate integration with Army and Joint cybersecurity, data transport, and coalition data-sharing environments
Technical Management:
- Conduct market research and technical assessments of existing and emerging CDS technologies for potential application.
- Lead system architecture and design activities, ensuring security policy enforcement across classification boundaries.
- Ensure adherence to NSA Raise-the-Bar (RTB), DISA CDS Baseline Requirements, and DoD RMF standards.
Testing and Accreditation:
- Oversee test planning, integration, and validation of CDS components in both lab and operational environments.
- Ensure development of RMF and accreditation documentation to support Authorization to Operate (ATO).
- Manage interface with appropriate test organizations and approval authorities for CDS certification.
- Support creation of Statements of Work (SOWs), technical requirements, and acquisition documentation for CDS-related efforts.
- Monitor contractor and vendor performance, ensuring schedule, cost, and technical performance targets are met.
- Provide input to acquisition milestones and program reviews for CDS integration within PL SSW product.
Team and Technical Leadership:
- Lead or matrix-manage technical teams of government and contractor personnel focused on
CDS development. - Mentor junior engineers and acquisition professionals supporting CDS-related efforts within PL SSW.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work in office/field/lab environments
- Clearance: Active Secret Clearance
- 10 or more years’ supporting DoD IT systems, cyber capabilities, or EW/Signal Intelligence
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or IT related field
- 3+ years of experience with cross domain solution architecture, policy, and implementation
- Experience with DoD CDS policies, NSA RTB guidance, and DISA CDS Baseline Requirements.
- Experience with tactical and strategic CDS technologies (e.g., Radiant Mercury, TACDS, Flatirons,
OWL, Forcepoint, ISSE Guard). - Experience in a technical and/or programmatic lead position providing support in the areas of market research, stakeholder engagement, technical management, and contract oversight.
- Experience with senior government leaders and technical cross-functional teams including engineers, cybersecurity experts, acquisition staff, and operational users.
- Experience with mission-critical acquisition and engineering environment supporting strategic EW and Cyber capabilities.
Preferred experience/skills
- Master's degree
- TS/SCI
- Experience with EW or Cyber programs, particularly within PM EW&C or other PEO lEW&S
- Experience integrating CDS into Army mission systems or joint/coalition networks.
- PMP or DAWIA Level II/III Program Management or Systems Engineering certification.
The position is contingent upon candidate’s ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position; including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements. This position requires 25% travel to Army and contractor locations within CONUS. The selected candidate will need to obtain and complete a judication of a Top Secret Clearance to maintain employment in this position.
The salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $200,000.
