As an integral member of The Lodge team, the Certified Peer Support Specialist uses personal lived experience, practical insight, and recovery knowledge to support guests navigating mental health crises. This role is centered on building trusting relationships, promoting resilience, and fostering a culture of respect and understanding.

What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- Pennsylvania Approved Peer Specialist Certification
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
- Ability to work both in-person
- Computer proficiency.
- Physical ability to meet job requirements (with or without accommodation)
Your Role
- Provide individual peer services to residents of The Lodge.
- Collaborate with the team to support recovery, symptom management, and life satisfaction.
- Document assessments, recovery plans, progress notes, and service completion plans.
- Maintain peer support certification through continuing education.
- Promote a team culture that values each guest’s unique perspective and preferences.
