What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of keeping inventory in check, trucks loaded, and the warehouse running smoothly and safely. You’ll play a key role in supporting our production team and ensuring every job kicks off with the right materials in the right place.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Own the Flow: Load and unload trucks with precision and care to keep schedules on track.
Keep It Organized: Sort, count, label, and organize inventory by name and job number—because chaos has no place here.
Champion Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, hazard-free warehouse (inside and out) where safety always comes first.
Pitch in with Purpose: Help assemble marketing signs, assist with special projects, and support onsite events.
Be Adaptable: Jump into whatever the Production Manager needs—you're the go-to for getting things done.
What You Bring to the Table:
A High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical stamina to lift and move 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
A strong work ethic and the reliability to show up on time—every time
Sharp attention to detail and the ability to read and understand basic info like job names and numbers
Comfort and capability on tall ladders when needed
A proactive attitude and a willingness to help wherever you’re needed
