Duties

Applies understanding of technical requirements along with an ability to recognize potential applications of emerging, unproven, early-stage technology and innovation to meet evolving mission demands and technology requirements.,Leads technical planning discussions with Industry Partner and J99 leadership staff to ensure responsive solutions to changing customer priorities, and coordination across organizations and within multiple levels of management.,Identifies current and potential partners that excel in relevant technology areas that have impact to current our future mission needs and challenges.,This frequently requires translation of classified or technical material to, within, and among audiences of varying technical depth and backgrounds.,Operates independently and assists in the oversite and management of contracts for their acquisition projects.,Coordinates discussion, development and resource allocation, through working with the appropriate leads to determine funding allocation across the enterprise.,Applies understanding of technical requirements and challenges, along with an ability to recognize potential applications of emerging, and sometimes unproven, early-stage technology and innovation to meet evolving requirements.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one year of specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by 1) researching new ways to improve technology that meets the agency's demands; 2) conducting technical planning to address changing priorities, and/or coordination; 3) identifying potential technical partners to improve cyber capabilities within the agency.
