Duties
Represents the Fisher House organization at community and other events. Completes basic administrative duties as needed by the Operations Assistant or Assistant Business Manager.,Processes purchasing documents to order and receive supplies. Conducts surveillance of total facility and reports any unusual findings to supervisor.,Provides tours of the Fisher House to small groups, conducts presentations to groups regarding the Fisher house mission when needed. May assist in conducting event, marketing of the flyers and other promotional material.,Provides tours of the Fisher House to small groups, conducts presentations to groups regarding the Fisher house mission when needed. Operates equipment and performs self-help maintenance on facilities and equipment. Prepares work order for maintenance which cannot be completed by self-help.
Qualifications
Must have experience working with the general public. Highly Desirable: At least six (6) months of experience providing customer service to facility/operational patrons, including answering questions (telephonically, in person or via email), conducting basic clerical work (filing, printing etc.). At least six (6) months of experience with Housekeeping or Custodial Worker duties. The information provided on your resume should be clear and specific. Education
Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.

Area of Consideration: The Area of Consideration for this vacancy announcement is is defined as Ft. Bliss, TX (El Paso) and surrounding area within 50-mile radius; in addition to, you are considered eligible if one of the following applies: 1) you live outside of this area and are able to commute to work on a daily/as needed basis, 2) you are able to relocate yourself on your own expenses, 3) you are an involuntarily separated military member, or 4) you are a military spouse/family member relocating to this installation. Eligibility begins 30 days before the military sponsor's reporting date at the new duty location. Military Spouse Preference (MSP) and Involuntarily Separated Military Preference (ISMP) eligible candidates are included in the area of consideration. Salary Information: Salary is pro-rated based on a 40 hour work week. Hourly rate is: NF-02 $19.00ph to $21.00ph PCS Costs Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest. Pay-Band (NF ) Allowances and Differentials This is a pay-banded position. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
