CUSTOMER OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD (SPANISH BILINGUAL)

Must be in Central MN and have reasonable commute to St. Cloud, MN due to in-office requirements. 

SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 7:00am-4:00pm CST and every third Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm CST. 

COMPENSATION: Starting Pay $23.50 - $26.75 per hour. (The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Handle escalated customer calls in both English and Spanish, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Monitor and manages inbound and outbound dialer queues, making real-time adjustments to meet business needs.
  • Act as a mentor for department employees by answering questions, assisting with issues, and guiding day-to-day processes.
  • Ensure agent performance and dialer compliance by reviewing call lists and schedules.
  • Perform opening and/or closing procedures for the building and department as scheduled.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED or a minimum of 4 years equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a lead-type role, including handling escalated calls and supporting team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have, but not Required! (We’ll train you!):

  • Previous collections experience in a call center environment.
  • At least one year of relevant operational supervisor experience.

LOCATION & WORK SETTING

  • Office Address: 628 Roosevelt Rd, St. Cloud, MN, 56301
  • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 7:00am-4:00pm CST and every third Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm CST
  • Work Setting: In-Office, Call center environment. 

COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Starting Pay: $23.50- $26.75 per hour.

  • Bilingual Pay: Earn an additional $2.00 per hour for Spanish Fluency!
