Reach360 is our B2B growth engine, a SaaS platform with a tangible fulfillment layer that helps brands spark real connection at scale. As our Head of Marketing, B2B, you will set the strategy and run day-to-day execution across demand gen, product marketing, content, web/SEO, and lifecycle. You’ll manage our external agency, work closely with Sales, Ops, and Product, and own clear metrics for pipeline and ROI. As we hit key milestones, you’ll hire and develop the in-house marketing team.
What will you do:
- Architect and execute the B2B GTM plan across demand gen, product marketing, content, web/SEO, lifecycle, and events
- Manage and coach an external marketing agency; set clear briefs, SLAs, and performance targets
- Partner with Sales, Ops, and Product to sharpen positioning, enable sellers, and tighten the funnel from MQL to SQL to revenue
- Stand up a clean analytics stack (attribution, dashboards) tied to CAC, LTV, pipeline, NPS, and deal velocity
- Own brand narrative and storytelling that makes REAL a measurable advantage for our customers
- Build the B2B marketing team over time
What success looks like:
- Positioning: Ship a tight messaging & positioning framework (and sales enablement) that lifts win rates and shortens sales cycles
- Website & Content: Convert the site into a high-performing growth asset; ship a content cadence that drives organic traffic and demo intent
- Attribution & Reporting: Implement reliable attribution and executive-ready dashboards for CAC, LTV, pipeline influence, and channel ROI
- Agency Leverage: Run the external agency like an extension of the team—on brief, on time, on metric—with quarterly performance reviews
- Team Build: Present a staged team plan and hire priority roles (e.g., Demand Gen, PMM) as we clear growth markers
What you are bringing to the conversation:
- 8+ years in B2B marketing with success in startup environments; experience in SaaS + services or logistics/e-commerce a plus
- Full-funnel ownership: RevOps, demand gen, ABM, product marketing, content, lifecycle, web/SEO, events, and partner marketing
- Strong operator: clear planning, ruthless prioritization, and KPI ownership
- Builder’s mindset: you’re comfortable rolling up sleeves and managing vendors today and scaling systems and teams tomorrow
- Excellent storytelling and executive communication; equally fluent with creatives and spreadsheets

- Denver: 93-140
- NYC: 106-159
