The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key member of a small corporate finance team and will report to the Corporate Controller. This position will assist with the monthly close processes, review of divisional financial statements, assist with SEC reporting, communication with divisional controllers/management, and various other accounting processes. 

Requirements

  

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close in the Onestream consolidation system
  • Collaborate with accounting locations to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of the financial close process
  • Provide accounting guidance to locations to ensure financial statements are materially accurate
  • Review of divisional financial statements and complete various balance sheet analysis with focus on inventory and management reserves
  • Prepare and review information used for external reporting and support SEC filings
  • Perform various internal management reports, ad hoc projects, and responsibilities
  • Prepare government census reporting

Requirements:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree (CPA preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting
  • Strong accounting & US GAAP knowledge required 
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience with Sarbanes Oxley and internal control concepts
  • Experience with consolidation tool
  • Proficient in excel
