Will monitor and notify all agents of impending license renewals , track completion of continuing education credits, and renew licenses in a timely manner, while maintaining detailed receipts of each transaction. Each day will submit daily Allstate remittance. Works inbound and outbound mail. Assists with new agent welcome & onboarding. Provides ad hoc reports from agency systems upon request.
