Inventory Analyst (Leon Home Medical) bei Leon Management International, LLC

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for managing and tracking warehouse inventory, ensuring equipment and supplies are ordered as needed. This role involves monitoring equipment movement, analyzing utilization across all equipment categories, and identifying trends or changes in usage. The analyst will also serve as a key point of contact for equipment-related inquiries, providing updates on pending orders and confirming when equipment has arrived for patient use.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Monitor Inventory Utilization
  Regularly run utilization reports to track inventory movement, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

• Vendor Coordination & Purchase Monitoring
  Oversee daily purchases and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods. Escalate any issues to the Director of Leon at Home.

• Backorder Management
  Track backorders and proactively source equipment from approved vendors to minimize delays for patient needs.

• End-of-Month Inventory Reporting
  Conduct monthly inventory counts in coordination with the warehouse team. Review and enter data into the master inventory sheet for finance.

• Weekly Inventory Oversight
  Ensure the warehouse team submits weekly inventory count sheets. Review and validate counts, placing orders as needed.

• Order Fulfillment
  Responsible for placing orders for DME, Nutrition, Ostomy, and Wound Care supplies based on current utilization and inventory levels.

• Quarterly Utilization Review
  Run comprehensive utilization reports every three months to ensure inventory accuracy and alignment with patient needs.

• Inventory Count Management
  Lead monthly inventory count processes with the warehouse team, ensuring accurate data entry and timely submission to the Director.

• Vendor Relationship Management
  Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors to support efficient procurement and issue resolution.
